The Trango Safe Travel System (TSTS) is a web based tool that enables Trango to deliver safe travel management solutions tailored to meet organisation and individual needs. TSTS is hosted on secure internet servers and can be enhanced by a 'bureau' service from Trango Operations supporting travellers worldwide!!

The TSTS is designed using an ‘open systems’ approach so that it can be easily tailored to fit an organisations travel policy. Where necessary it can be tailored to address the needs of individual sites within an organisation and provide a tool for travellers and the travel manager to ensure that personnel have received any pre travel briefings that might be required. Travellers can specify any response or escalation / notification they wish to implement in the event that a safety check call is missed for each individual trip. 

Links can be provided to internal and external websites as required so that any other relevant policies can be made easily visible to the traveller. 

Special customer requirements can be easily designed into TSTS so that the traveller receives reminders for each step prior to travel and the travel manager can monitor progress for each trip. 

TSTS enables better management of the travel process and, where fully implemented, enables an organisation to quickly verify the safety of travellers anywhere in the world. Following an incident involving a traveller TSTS provides the ability to rapidly respond and manage the full range of issues surrounding an individual including medical evacuation and notification of an Emergency contact. In case of a missing person or after major incidents (such as a natural disaster), TSTS can also provide information required to assist with the search and rescue of a victim including identification. 

The TSTS includes sensitive personal details and has 5 levels of security to ensure data integrity.
